I. When the war was over, the World Bank arrived. Khmer stopped killing and prepared for system change. Society was changed and prepared for the free market. Loan would be provided only if there was such well-set platform for this system.
II. Natural resource is traded off for conditional aid.Public services has been privatised.health care services, transportation, and education system are managed by the cooperates. Hence the citizens have to for these services.
R. Chaotic society and poor population are caused by development.The citizens pay double for health care services. Doctors and nurses are unethical and discriminate. People are strugglling to live.
III. Health care services used to be provided and managed by the government regardless of family status or class, gender, age, and disability.
IV. People hope with smile for the better services. They hope for the improvement of the government performance and stop privatisation;but increase broader the public services.The citizens will live in harmony.The country will grow.
